What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via specialized freight carriers and typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery services for an additional fee. This includes inside delivery, room placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Modway products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
