At Modway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within the 30-day window.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble and repack the furniture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
